Different algorithms have been used to estimate location. The Least Squares algorithm provides two different locations, with the 'primary' assumed to better reflect the actual PTT location. However, in approximately 1-3% of cases, the 'alternate' location is more accurate. The Kalman Filter provides two identical location estimates. Note that the algorithm used for each PTT deployment is recorded in the "deploymentAttributes" table included with this data package.
