Renamed: Data release to reflect the larger scope (additional datasets) of the data release.

Added: two additional datasets of vector geospatial files showing the distribution of putative polar bear denning habitat in: (1) National Petroleum Reserve - Alaska (npra), and (2) the eastern Arctic Coastal Plain (eastACP) of Alaska between the Colville River and the Alaska/Canada border. All original data is retained.

Updated: metadata to follow current USGS Alaska Science Center metadata standards and conventions.
