	-The leading 3-4 digit prefix of all USGS Bird Banding Lab (BBL) band numbers have been removed.
	-To prevent counterfeiting of BBL avian leg bands, it is USGS Alaska Science Center policy to include only partial BBL band numbers in public data releases.
