Areas of Specialization and/or Research Interests
Understanding and modeling landscape-scale disturbance dynamics, particularly related to wildfires. Fire ecology of boreal systems and the intermountain western US, invasive species, climate change impacts on disturbance dynamics. Remote sensing for large area monitoring.
