Instructions to Authors
Call for Papers

Full papers or the abstract of a
presentation/demo/exhibit must be received by July 27, 2009, and must include:
- Title of presentation
- Presenters’ names, affiliation, and email
- Abstract of presentation
- Topical area(s) to be discussed
- Type of presentation (presentation, presentation and full paper,
poster, exhibit/demo)
All submissions and presentations will be in English. Full papers are expected to be 4-6 pages in length, body in 11pt font, single-spaced; color graphics are welcome.
Please register and submit your paper through the conference website. A review of submitted papers will take place between June 19th and the 29th and submitters will be notified of acceptance by June 29th.
Accepted presentations and papers will be posted on the conference website. Selected papers will also be reviewed for publication in a professional journal special issue.
Posters
Recommended size of posters is 3 feet tall by 6 feet wide. Posters should be on a single sheet of paper or multiple sheets to fit within this area. Posters may be affixed to the wall or poster stands using temporary adhesive or pins. Text should be short and to the point (recommended no more than 2000 words) with ample graphics to relay only the most important aspects of the work. Posters will not need to be staffed, unless you wish to do so during the reception on Tuesday evening.
