PATCHES

If you previously downloaded ArgosFilter (before the “Effective” date in the Table below), you need one or more of these patches.  Click the file-name to download, then “save” the file into your existing ArgosFilter .\sas directory – be sure to overwrite the old file of the same name.  Be sure to read the “Patch Description” so you understand how the previous error(s) affected your output data sets.  Installing these patches will not affect your existing program setup (i.e. simply re-execute the program to generate corrected output files). Visit this website in the future to check for more patches.

Readme-1: argosfilterv702.sas

In prior v702 releases, data were incorrectly sorted (chronologically) across year-boundaries (December to January).  This problem introduced severe tracking anomalies if the input Argos locations spanned more than one year.
