Field Accommodations
Researchers studying seabirds in the field are some of the luckiest people in the world, often spending many weeks working in incredible locations. Seabirds breed in a wide variety of habitats and climates, and field accommodations range from simple tents to fully-catered facilities. Some locations have all the mod-cons of life at home; others are more of an expedition.

Here are a range of images to give some insight into daily field life; they include the research, daily chores, and some of the magical moments encountered in day-to-day life.
